Las Palmas Residential Board Meeting Minutes 01-16-2023

Called to order at 10: 05

Election of Officers :

President - Paul Evenson

Topics Discussed:

1) Options to help resolve speeding and traffic safety issues that will be

presented to Leena and Thesman Upper Management.

Several idea’s have been suggested from Residents and Board

Members including but not necessarily complete include additional

strategic stop signs, rumble strips, additional back gate signage,

directional arrows at the front gate for right and left turns, cross walk

designation, and painting of curbs at the ramp access area’s.

2) Additional ADA doors added to the Ballroom. This will be presented

to Leena.
